We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its sole discretion.

Barzel Lock strives to communicate product information and charge for accurate product pricing, product tax and product shipping but will not be held responsible for any pricing, tax, shipping, typographical, or other errors in such communications including during or after the sales process. Your order is subject to cancellation by Barzel Lock, at Barzel Lock sole discretion.

Quotations:
Individual quotations are valid for forty five (45)days. We reserve the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, and incur a 25% restocking fee + shipping. Only in stock items are returnable. Special order items may not be returned. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Dealers:
Dealers are not employees of Barzel Lock. They are independent contractors whose relationship with Barzel Lock is that of a customer.

Security:
We use industry standard security measures to protect your confidential information. Your encrypted information travels via a secure socket layer (SSL) where it is decoded on our secure server.
